LIFEHEALTHINC LLC is a licensed insurance agency serving clients in the United States and Canada. We help consumers compare and enroll in health and life insurance products offered by licensed carriers. We are not an insurance carrier, and coverage decisions, premiums, and policy terms are determined by the issuing carrier.
SMS/Text messaging program terms
Program name: LIFEHEALTHINC LLC messages about your insurance quote request (follow-up and scheduling).
Program description: If you opt in on our quote request form, LIFEHEALTHINC LLC will send you text messages about your own insurance quote request, including follow-up and scheduling messages.
Frequency: Message frequency varies. Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. Help: Reply HELP or contact matthew@lifehealthinc.org / (315) 212-2835.
- By opting in on our quote request form, you consent to receive text messages from LIFEHEALTHINC LLC at the number you provided.
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and is not required to request a quote or obtain services from LIFEHEALTHINC LLC.
- After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final eligibility, rates, and coverage are determined by the insurance carrier upon application and underwriting.
